New Tips For Vibrant Tel Aviv - Don't Miss Out On These Fun Spots & Activities!
It's hard to believe summer is slowly coming to an end, and what a fun and dynamic summer it has been!
Are you a summer lover like me?...
My summers as you may already know are spent in my homeland of Israel where all of my family still lives. Summers for me are more than just sunshine and vitamin sea, it's about going home to recharge, it's about family, fun road trips, nights out exploring new places to share with all of you, while enjoying 50 shades of blue.
Tel Aviv, my favorite hangout, is forever-evolving, there are always new hotspots opening up, outside the box concept stores to check out, and of course, beach clubs to enjoy, my favorite thing to do during hot summer days, and nights.
In this post, I'm going to share new places to visit and activities you can do in Tel Aviv following my recent 2019 experiences, enjoy!
Go on a culinary tour: There are many options to choose from depending on personal taste, in this link you can see an overview of the tours on offer: https://www.getyourguide.com/-l487/-tc105/?cmp=ga&campaign_id=911139981&adgroup_id=47779664816&target_id=aud-295254369966:kwd-444156129836&loc_physical_ms=9065174&match_type=e&ad_id=323732907346&keyword=culinary-tour%20tel%20aviv&ad_position=1t1&feed_item_id=&placement=&partner_id=CD951&gclid=CjwKCAjwkqPrBRA3EiwAKdtwk89HHSfVR3WCLyT8WKjwN65W6rZUXNM58UBFWIWBpdsrLF6g_U5R8RoCn5sQAvD_BwE

Take advantage of the new electrical scooters scattered around the city. It's fun not to mention an easy way to get from place to place here.
Beach Club TLV: Spent happy days here this past summer! This new beach club has recently opened, you can sit right on the beach where you can enjoy a swim, a tan, and an easy-breezy menu & drinks, or you can choose to sit upstairs in the restaurant area where you can enjoy the views and a slightly more upscale menu. You have a surf school on-site as well as a beach boutique. The design is so pretty and relaxing! I enjoyed sitting in one of the rocking chairs on the upper level with a cocktail, watching the sunset.
Rothchild 65: 65 Tel Aviv Hotel is a trendy boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Culinary wise it's inspired by Italian drinking culture and cuisine. Here you can indulge in a big breakfast at Café 65 (served until 13:00 each day), while later in the day, you can enjoy delicious snacks and wine during happy hour in Fontana, an aperitivo garden situated on the ground floor, perfect for spending warm evenings surrounded by Tel Avivan buzzing vibes all around you.
I dedicated a separate post to this inspiring gorgeous new hotspot I highly recommend to visit; this restaurant will truly take you on an unusual and unique journey. This place is inspired by 'Alice in Wonderland' and funny enough it's called FANTASTIC!
Tel Aviv is famous for its bars and what better way to explore exactly what we mean by saying typical Tel Aviv bar/vibes than to hang out in the evenings where the locals do? Dizengoff street has many buzzing neighborhood bars which are worth a visit. Bar hopping has never been more fun!
My favs? Double Standard, Cafe Popular, and Room Service.
Take a stroll around Nachlat Binyamin and the neighboring streets of Achad Haam and Montefiore: In this area, you'll find stunning old buildings built in traditional German Bauhaus style, now renevoted, they are breathtaking! Here you'll find the world's best-preserved buildings in this unusual master style.
Every Tuesday & Friday there's an art market in Nachlat Binyamin, very colorful and creative artists showcase their talent.
Visit Bushwick: This is an all-day bar, going from morning coffee to afternoon cocktails, offering yummy food too in between. It is located on the ground floor of the Fabric Hotel, you have a comfortable lounge seating area and a shaded back yard to choose from.
Visit Shuk Hacarmel: Nothing will say Tel Aviv like exploring this market. Here you can find everything under the sun, it's mostly famous for the smell of spices hanging in the air, traditional sweets sold here, pastries like baklawa, and the tiny and tasty restaurant stands. From Israeli burekas to Mexican food, Turkish delights, meaty sandwiches and so much more! It's one big happy cultural mix, as Tel Aviv is.
Rooftops are a great way to tackle the hit and humidity of the city. The Haiku sky bar for sushi & drinks in the sky.
