My recommendations include the Tiradito Nikkei- Tuna sashimi paired with citrus ponzu, fresh avocado purée, chalaquita, and nori, and the Ceviche Clásico- Catch of the day cubed, with blanched choclo, cancha, red onions, and slices of chili. Every dish we tasted was divine; from the Guacamole and Tostada hecha en casa, to the Anticucho skewers.
