Restaurant NOMADS ~ I love the concept that these guys came up with! This is a restaurant with a ‘traveling’ world cuisine. Twice a year, Jaap, Thomas, and head chef Joey take the plane in search of undiscovered culinary gems. The inspiration they all return with from their trip is the foundation for an incredible new menu.
