Bar Alt: This restaurant is run by Thomas Kooijman, this talented chef was voted into the top 10 most promising Dutch chefs of 2019. Here you'll have seasonal chef’s menus to choose from- 4, 6 or 8 courses, the menus are beer-food combinations to make it more fun and interesting. Of course for the wine lovers, there's a great selection as well. Outside the box is how things are done here, the menu changes often, it's an Asian Fusion meets traditional French cuisine, and then some. Also, each dish has its beer pairing, all are carefully selected by the sommeliers and chefs. Their view: It's a world where food can’t do it without beer and vice versa. Cheers!
